Our version of the twix bars. Salted caramel ice cream, and shortbread layered with a gooey caramel centre, finished with a crisp, thin layer of chocolate.
Mini Choux pastries filled with a combination of nutella ice cream, chocolate ice cream, hazelnut praline, finsihed off with a fudge coating and crunchy praline on top.
