REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATION POLICY

We at The Fat Little Penguin take great pride and care with our ice creams, preparing, churning, and hand packaging each individual tub/sandwich.
If for any reason you are not happy with the product or may have received an incorrect order, please get in touch with us immediately via call / WhatsApp on 9654531646  or email us at hello@thefatlittlepenguin.com so we can review it and have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
In case of any incorrect orders or any damaged packages we will do our best to replace this order, or alternatively we can provide you with a store credit (subject to order review).

 For Cancellations, please get in touch with us, we will assist you, a store credit/refund will be possible within 24- 48 hours from the time of cancellation request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done, ONLY if your order has not been dispatched.

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been dispatched yet In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

• For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Our Gift Cards that can be redeemed anytime within 6 months for future purchases.

 Redemption of Gift Cards: Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.thefatlittlepenguin.com Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the Gift Card and can applied to another purchase, in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemers Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
