We currently deliver across select areas in Kolkata . Our delivery hours are between 12pm - 11 pm. For same day delivery kindly ensure your order is placed before 8pm. Post 8pm, orders are automatically slotted for next day delivery. However, For exceptions, do reach out to us via the whatsapp link or via phone 9654531646 and we will do what we can. 

We are unable to guarantee a particular time for the delivery but will try our best to get your goodies to you or the recipient as soon as possible once the order is confirmed and payment is received.

Note that we have a 48 to 72-hour notice for some items to ensure we only send you freshly churned ice creams. These are our pre-order items.

 Our Delivery Process:

1. Once you place an order on our website, a confirmation and invoice is sent on the email address provided. Kindly note your order number.

2. All your items get carefully packaged with the utmost care and upholding the highest hygiene & safety standards.

3. We will deliver your order on the date and time slot selected. For pickups kindly adhere to the slot chosen and provide YOUR order number during pick up.

All of our ice creams are made at The Fat Little Penguin and are packed and dispatched from there. We try our best to prepare for all delivery conditions, but not all are in our control. • All ice cream deliveries will be done from 12noon - 11pm. Accurate time of delivery cannot be shared as multiple deliveries are scheduled in different slots.
• Our delivery charge is automatically calculated based on the your order amount from the delivery center and levied automatically during checkout.
• While we strive to be open 365 days a year, deliveries may not be available during certain public holidays
• The risk of delayed delivery is borne by the customer if the information provided for delivery in terms of address and related is incorrect
• Deliveries once scheduled cannot be rescheduled. If there are unavoidable circumstances, The Fat Little Penguin reserves the right to accept or decline on a case to case basis
• Address once provided cannot be changed before or during delivery slot. If there are unavoidable circumstances, The Fat Little Penguin reserves the right to accept or decline on a case to case basis
• If the delivery has not been successful because of the below reasons, no refund will be provided and no follow up delivery will be attempted
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Recipient not available over phone or at premises
• Recipient refused to accept the products for reasons beyond our control. Example : Message on ice cream information has been incorrectly shared and later customer changes his/her mind
• Recipient has advised to deliver the product to friend, neighbor or security
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as all our ice creams are prepared fresh after receiving the order
